I created a new account supposed to be linked to my amazon prime, and get all dashpass promotions & more according to the proposal ... but it doesnt work , its a scamand support would not help , after tranfering me to other department agents 4x , one agent told me should be resolved in 24h , then another told me it wouldnt , then after mentionning contradiction , said it might be , they would look into it in the next 24h
DoorDash absolute WORST company ever. DO NOT USE DOORDASH. They delivered the wrong meal, from a different restaurant, AND ARE CHARGING ME!!! They delivered ribs from McDonalds, I ordered a gourmet meal, cost of 76.00, and are charging me 76.00. NEVER does a delivery service charge you for wrong thing delivered. DoorDash is horrible. Customer service is also the worst. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH BAD ABOUT DOORDASH. Use Uber!
We order from Petco for our dog probably every 8 to 10 days. Door dash probably messes up the order twice a month. We tip $15.00 per delivery. The label on the item indicated 1 of 2 packages for a total of four items. Nope Door dash only delivered 1 envelope and only 2 items. I'm tired of tipping for sub standard service. This tipper is cutting it in half from now on.
Worst frigging business in canada, i advice the #governmentofcanada #PrimMinister or #mayor to remove it..I placed an order Saturday the driver canceled my order, today is Monday and i still cant get back my money ,still dont got groceries in my home,and they cant re issue the amount in credit so i can repurchase the order..the last 3 days I've bin trying to talk to someone in canada other than (AI)chat, and each times I called the Candian number that's provided on the website its redirecting me somewhere out side of Canada, Indonesia,Philippines or Thailand which thoses people's are worst than (AI) service itself..frigging frustrated to see business like this in canada holding families at home money hostages and still no compensation no moneyor no groceries..so what should i do wait for 5 to 10 days while my kids starve to get my money back so i can feed my family,absolutely an acceptable ,bullshit business...I ONLY GIVE ONE STAR CAUSES THEY WONT LET U COMMENT IF YOU GIVE NO STARBUT (ZERO STAR IS REALLY THEIR RATINGS)

Don't think about getting dashpass because they make it hell to stop. There money hungry and it's a dumb app. I signed up for free for a month and when I tried to renew it, it didn't let me
I’ve been trying to get a hold of them to fix my account. Somebody has my phone number and their customers keep calling me. I’m at a point where I’m gonna start canceling their orders when they call because for some reason, DoorDash will not fix it at all they’ve told me to email their team and I do and speak to people on the phone with no response. There are 12,000 reviews of DoorDash on trust pilot 80% or more are one star what does that tell you DoorDash please help me get my account back and get this guy’s number off my account
I deliver for door dash and they are a horrible company that should be investigated. They steal from there employees and penalizes you when they give you to many orders at once that you have to refuse. They bring down your acceptance rates so low you can't get orders. They're is no real customer service to talk to just bots. It use to be a process to get hired now they hire anybody to deliver. A horrible company who sucks ..
Charged me and my father for months on a dash pass i never consented to have my card a part of. customer service does not answer and refuses to help.
They don’t tell you if there’s no drivers or not instead they just leave you sitting here waiting and then they just keep moving the time up and then moving it up again. I sit here for over an hour just to find out that there’s no drivers anywhere near this area and I had other things to do put off. Going to eat put off leaving to get back on the road waiting for my freaking order Then ended up having to cancel it and never got it
Every order I’ve made this year has had missing items yet they’ve charged me for them. When I submit the claim that it’s missing the refund is denied and I have to beg to speak to a suporviser to get a refund. So disappointed
I ordered some food for delivery and then some items for an add on because the app said I could get a discount. They just delivered the other items and not the food which they say is now extra! Lame
Not at all helpful, called customer service, real person, two in fact. Neither helped. My two sons have both been dashers. I found a preloaded debit card. I assumed I could call the number on back, find the bank referenced, Sutton Bank and see if there was a balance that could be used. Turned out the number was Doordash and they were very unhelpful and told me to throw the card away and not worry about it. When I asked what if there were funds on there that could be used, he said not to worry the person to whom it's been issued like they had the app on their phone and could use it there. But it's generic, no name to whom it was issued. Worse than unhelpful, potentially harmful by saying just toss it.
They have such a poor process of hiring quality people/drivers, the drivers are so low down they actually steal your food!

Ordered $78.41 from what turns out to be a closed restaurant. Refunded $18.
Ordered $78.41 worth of food. Driver arrived to a closed restaurant. Was refunded $18. Spent 20 minutes on phone with customer service which was limited to reading a script. Unethical and deceptive business practices. Will be disputing charge. Shameful corporate set up — and poor uncompensated door dash driver who wasted time, gas, and loss of other business due to Door Dash’s incompetence.
I’m more than happy to be honest. I’ve been trying for almost an hour to order a gift for someone out of state. I went to the customer service line, twice, and both times they send me to an outside site that I have to pay for to answer my question. Apparently, DoorDash cannot answer questions about their own service. I was considering re-upping my dash Pass, but that won’t be happening now will it? Small wonder the reviews are so bad. I’ll be removing the app and hoping for something better with one of the other services.
Driver sat in my driveway for almost 10 minutes on his phone, approached me still on his phone while forgetting my soda, didnt speak or understand English well so that was an issue when I called where I ordered from they apologized but said the issue has to be brought to door dash.
Cold food delivered late. Terrible service. I won't use again.
I ordered food to be delivered through them andd it was never delivered. they never sent out confirmation email about refund. STOP USING THIRD PARTIES. THEY’RE STEALING FROM YOU.
