Beware of this service

Beware of this service, and if possible always use cash.I used it once, yes once!!My card is locked after the delivery which is a good habit to use. As a few days later an attempt to purchase through this company was used four times for over $100.So it is knowingly accepting this as it obviously would be quite common? Or an employee is selling card information after a purchase.

I never received my food yesterday

I never received my food yesterday. Total was $28 and I tipped the driver. My food never came and during this would not give me a refund I'm very upset I will not allow anyone in my salon to ever doordash anything to my address again. Was trying to figure out how to delete the app but of course that's so hard to find the delete button. It's a scam I will be packing my lunch from now on.

We are shocked at the experience we…

We are shocked at the experience we received today. Our driver kept leaving the restaurant to deliver other orders and by the time he got to ours, the store closed and he changed the driver. The next driver ended up waiting there, we could see his location so we messaged him and he said the restaurant closed. Basically, he was not going to let us know until we contacted him. The time of delivery kept changing. To make it even worse, we contacted customer support and they did not want to do anything about it. They finally agreed to a refund but said that they could not do anything further. This company should not be in business. The driver keeps the tip and we do not get that back either. We are so frustrated.

If I could give them a 0 I would. My son ordered 2 calzones from a local restaurant. The delivered food was a pizza and garlic knots. It was toppings he didn’t like and the food was cold. He got on the app, was asked to send pictures of what he got , which he did. The restaurant confirmed that the driver picked up the wrong order and they couldn’t catch them. Door dash has denied his refund FOUR times! Twice on the text w no explanation. We called last week, were told it was going for snore ore and they’d contact him in 1-3 days. 5 days later we called again. Got a supervisor on phone and said she couldn’t do anything about it. Said it was “ because of his account “ but could give NO explanation as to what it was about his account that a refund was denied. No ability to talk w the actual person who denied it for more explanation… just kept repeating “ I’m sorry but it was denied”. I don’t know what more documentation they’d need than the order, the photos, and the restaurants corroboration. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. No resolution, no accountability and no satisfaction. Do not use this “ service “.

While DoorDash makes it easy and convenient to get your food they are an absolute scam. Hidden fees, when placing an order the math doesn’t add up. Even when you pay monthly for things like a dash pass these perks are not real!!! Their policies around gift cards are terrible making it impossible to ever get your money back or even credits if sent to the wrong recipient. Human error, it happens and there is no solve. Their customer service is subpar with no real solutions. $2 credit for an incorrect $50 order or no solve at all leaving you to feel like you are S.O.L. After spending your hard earned money into these apps.

DISGUSTING Took one hour and 35 minutes- food left on stairs in unit block stairwell…

MINUS 100 stars....I ordered lunch at 1.30 pm from a place literally 7 minutes away by ebike from my home. The app said that the dasher was picking up another order at that time- ok, the restaurant was still putting the order together. The dasher did not pick up the order until after 2.30! To add insult to injury, I was then advised that the dasher had "a stop along the way!!" I need to eat regularly due to a medical condition, and was really running low on energy by the time they finally arrived - at 3.10 PM. AND- not to be content with faffing around doing whatever, LUDUVINE -the dasher, did not answer her phone when I rang while she was wandering around outside my building and - LEFT MY ORDER ON THE SECOND STEP IN OUR UNIT BLOCK STAIRWELL-ON THE STAIRS!!!!!!! YES_ I AM shouting. Absolutely disgusting. I really wanted to support Door dash over Uber so that there is competition-but it's a firm NO from me into the future.

I would give this place a 0 if I could they sent my food to another building and just gave it to anyone when I had a pin number they was supposed to receive after they handed me my food in my hand but she didn't I called the dasher several times to let her know she passed my building and texted no response until she completed the order and they wouldn't give me a refund they are thieves stole my money and I had no lunch this place should be shut down the support chat is full of rude people who will just end the chat when they want they send food with missing items they the dasher don't care to check this place is horrible use uber eats or any other place but them

Unreal - they cancel orders and keep the payments

Unreal. My order was cancelled and now Doordash is saying it's keeping my payment because I agreed to conditions that say all refunds are entirely optional, regardless of the circumstances.This is despite the fact that the order was cancelled within about ten minutes, I was promised a refund when I phoned to cancel the order, and despite the fact the order was for prepackaged food and drink (eg a coke). I can absolutely understand not getting a refund if a restaurant suffers some sort of loss when there is no loss to the restaurant and Doordash had told me I would be refunded. I've never had an experience like this before.

Tried them ONCE, never again!

Tried them ONCE. They delivered my packaged dried food which surprisingly expires in just weeks but typically should be more than a year (this is older stock!). They have no way to contact a human to discuss. Used their "support" link which replied saying they will do nothing to solve the issue and the "case is closed".

Adios Doordash -I'll get it myself

March 16th 2026, I ordered a Mountain Mike's pizza. The issue wasnt the pizza except it was luke warm. The doordasher did not have a pizza keeper, I paid extra for direct delivery, and the doordasher's child handled my pizza. I understand child care issues and such. The child was in the back seat. So was the pizza. The last six deliveries I am outside to flag the driver down because, the specific directions written in English are not followed by doordashers. All six deliveries!!!! Try and speak to doordash ops and you get bumpkins. Doordash doesn't care. So if I want a meal, I'll just drive and pick up my meal and I have a thermal bag to keep the food warm. I'm done with overpaid, undeserved service, who don't care of whondeives for them.

Door dash has to be the worst delivery service ever!! You pay monthly for dash pash and also pay high service fees and taxes! Delivery drivers have expected time delivery and it doesn’t matter if your food arrives n hour later, you have to be cautious and pick and chose what orders, incorrect or not to chat in for help with, because although it’s out of your control, your account will be flagged. Doesn’t matter if you are spending hundreds of dollars, on a weekly basis, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!! If you can please choose a different delivery option, if you can!! 0 out of 5 stars

This was a terrible experience. I had two separate orders with DoorDash, both handled very poorly.In the first order, I chose a more expensive store only because it had cherries. The cherries were unavailable, but DoorDash still completed the order with the remaining items without contacting me, forcing me to pay much higher prices for items I could have bought cheaper elsewhere.In the second order, I was charged a packaging fee but received no proper packaging. All items were left directly on the ground, including food in vented packaging, making them not usable. The yogurt also had no visible date label.What’s worse is that DoorDash seems to have an internal system that simply blocks refunds. Even when there are clear issues, they remove access to support or just stop responding. I’m a new user and have no idea what triggered this.It’s especially unacceptable that the company can take your money, fail to deliver properly, and then respond with no accountability or communication.On top of that, prices on DoorDash are significantly higher than in-store.Overall, this is an extremely poor and frustrating service.

Door dasher Damaged Our Property

Where do I begin? We regularly order from DoorDash due to scheduling & other issues. Yesterday (03/17/2026), we ordered a pizza from Rock ‘n Dough Pizza. The Dasher who delivered the pizza had a significant oil leak from his vehicle. We had no preexisting damage to our less than 1 year old driveway as we live in a new build in Durham Farms in Hendersonville, TN. It was captured on our surveillance camera. I contacted DoorDash as soon as we discovered the damage (over 50% of our driveway) and reviewed our surveillance video. We were sent a claim form which requested information that we didn’t have such as the last name of the Dasher, vehicle make & model, his insurance company, etc…The Dasher left without providing us his information. It was Richard. The claim form was completed. DoorDash responded by email stating they could not find an account. I responded with as much information as we had, photos of the damages & screenshots of our surveillance video. It amazes me that the Help Center was able to find our account but not claims. DoorDash can take our money with great ease but when there is a problem, big or small, DoorDash is not so fast to respond. I called Customer Service which actually provided ZERO service. I asked for the Claims Department phone number & was told Claims didn’t have a phone number. Not having a phone is either complete stupidity or a lie. Which one is it, DoorDash. Terrible service with greatly exaggerated prices. Our money has not been well spent with DoorDash. Our fault. Never again.

I would give it a 0 if I could. They are constantly not delivering all groceries, overcharging my debit and EBT accounts and then penalize me the paying customer for having too many credits or refunds to my account. They charged me numerous times for items I didn't even get and denied me a refund or credit. This is definitely robbery ‼️

I don't get it

I don't know where these people are coming from with doordash I think doordash is the best delivery app out there not the worst. Every time I've ever ordered from grubhub it's always been a problem not once did I have a good experience. But with doordash I've had many good experiences and calling that customer service is great. They give you money back they give you extra money towards your next order!! I enjoy DoorDash I use it all the time and I will never ever use grubhub again ever. I've never tried Uber eats so I cannot say anything about them.
