Doordash is definitely a scam. They charge you $9.99 a month for the membership subscription where you're supposed to save on fees like free delivery of a purchase of $12 or more and reduced fees. However, when you check it out it's still very expensive and their customer service is poor too. If you receive the wrong order like I did yesterday they won't compensate you and you will be stuck with what you ordered. So after yesterday I will no longer use their service and I was using their service many times up to three times a week but now it's no more. Thank God.

Paid for Express but driver made at least 2 other stops first in opposite direction. Food delivered about a hour after prepared by Chipotle so inedible. Also, driver that made delivery was a male but supposed to be a female so probably hadn’t been vetted by DD. Lastly contacted Customer Service and they offered me $5 DD future credit.

The door dash driver delivered my food restaurants orders to the wrong address & they refused to refund my whole combined bill for it in my Visa Credit/Debit Bank Card.I ordered the first time from Burger King & because I didn't receive but a door dash worker told me from the toll free phone number that my money would be refunded back into my bank account & after ordering my food from McDonald's Restaurant next because of-course, I was starved by then & in assuming that I was going to get my refund back because of that problem, they did it again with delivering to the wrong address, even after I precisely told the man at the toll free phone number.So I called that toll free phone number back & a woman from the Phillipenes answered this time & told me that it didn't matter if it was their mistake, to my surprise of dire disappointment, she refused to refund my money back into my account & said that door dash has a policy that is enforced to not refund customer's their refunds, regardless of the wrong address so I had to go without my meals that I so much looked forward to & to watch a movie & finally relax from my constant routines.Please, People, Be Aware of what to expect from them.I lost my dinner & over $40.00.What a horrible way to run a business.Mismanagement altogether & highway robbery.

I had a problem to change the store so I chatted with a live agent but she is a very unprofessional, has no patient. She sent texts to do this and that and she left while I was trying it. I spent more than 2 hours to figure it out by myself but I couldn't serve the issue. The company doesn't have the option to do that. I won't use it that is the answer.

Don't order from Doordash. I've had my orders stolen twice by their drivers, and all customer support will do is promise a refund in 10-12 business days... There's never any investigation into the dodgy drivers, so it just keeps happening.

DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!! Added to an order as they offered this option. The order system created a seperate order and we missed on the promoted item that I was adding. The customer service representatives dug their heals in and wouldnt offer a refund so I have cancelled my account over a $9 item! I would have spent much more with them in the future but they obviously dont care about keeping their customer's happy!Will never ever use DoorDash again and will not recommend them to friends and family.We get way better service from UBER EATS & DELIVER EASY, If you use them and there's a problem they will fix immediately and give you and instant credit without the excuses!!

Door dash has the worst service I've ever received! From a dasher taking 45 minutes to deliver then lying about why it took him so long to deliver chicken, to dashers leaving food unattended, to then phoning and being transfer 4 times and no one can help with complaints! Ridiculous!

Terrible service. I will never order groceries from a store that doesn't have their own delivery trucks again. Once I was given the wrong order. Another time the guy was so dumb he didn't understand that he was supposed to dial a buzz code no matter how I tried to explain it to him. The last and final time, the guy refused to bring the groceries to my door because there were "too many things" (a $100 order) and made me come down to get them myself. He said he "didn't care," when I got mad and told him that's not how it's done and everyone else brings them to my door. It's hard for me to carry stuff with my back, on top of the utter laziness and stupidity of these "Dashers."I've had occasional problems with Uber and Skip the Dish guys being dummies, but no where near as shockingly bad as Door Dash. It's too bad the less expensive stores insist on using them despite their bad reputation, as you can see from these TrustPilot reviews.

Worst food service ever! We were offered a promotion discount, so we ordered some food, just before paying the discount was added..then after the final payment they added it back to full price again..we contact support and they refused the refund using all kinds of excuses..we will no longer use DOORDASH we get way service from DELIVER EASY use them and if there's a problem they will fix immediately and give you and instant credit without the excuses. doordash is terrible!!!!
